Rebirth as a restaurant

When considering a new space for a restaurant, many owners turn to non-traditional spaces to convert. There are many challenges to adapting the space – can a commercial kitchen be installed? Is the space ADA compliant? Will landmark status prevent extensive adaptions? Are there hazardous materials in the space? But if one can creatively work out solutions, adapting a non-restaurant space can be a way to create a very individual and memorable space for a restaurant.
